Do you have a baking day? I am going to start having a baking day Today! I have some bananas that will go bad soon if not used so here is my plan.
Cook beans and rice *
Banana Muffins
Spinach, cheese, rice casserole
And Pancakes!


*I know not typical baking day stuff but it needs to be done and will help with future meals.

I am going to attempt this while doing laundry, since we are almost done with school today!
