I went shopping at walgreens the other day after my eat from the pantry challenge to pick up toothbrushes. They had 2 toothbrushes on clearance and one that was not and I found a peelie coupon. I spent $4.56 OOP (yikes who would spend this much normally?) and Recieved a Register Reward for $6. My total saved was $7.79 + the RR

I then used the Register Reward to pick up some cheap groceries at Albertsons.
I bought:
1 Gallon of Milk
5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
2 lbs bananas
2 lbs strawberries
2 bags romaine salad mix

I used my $6 Register Reward from Walgreens
My Total OOP was $8.68!!!!
I was so excited
So I spent $13.24 for all of it!!!! Yay I love the fact that I get to use Walgreens Register Rewards at Albertsons.

The Chicken was my best Buy this week!!! I was so excited.

Pork Spare Ribs BOGO FREE - These are regularly $2.99/lb, so two packages of equal value would be $1.50/lb
Dietz and Watson Premium Ham and Cheese Sale $4.77/lb - not too bad for deli meat
Large Cantaloupe $1 - Good price if they are a decent size.
Green Beans 97¢/lb
Various Kellogg’s, Keebler, and Post Products 4 for $10, plus receive 2 free gallons milk when you buy 4 -combine with coupons to get the best deal, last week with the free milk up to $4.50 I got the whole $4.50 off not just the price of the milk, not sure how the coupon is worded this time.
Hunt’s Spaghetti Sauce 77¢ with in-ad coupon (limit 2)

I picked up some great deals Friday and Saturday at King Soopers and Albertsons Market.
My total for what you see here is : $20.69! On top of that I went on Saturday to get my free milk for purchasing 3 GM products at Albertons Market and I decided to pick up some more blue berries since they were so cheap I went to the register with 1 gallon of Bordon milk and 3 11oz packages of blueberries. When the cashier scanned my coupon for the milk it took off the full $4.50. ( the coupon said up to $4.50 off one gallon of milk.) So my total for that trip? $0.48!!! WOW I was so excited!
Total for the week for groceries: $21.17!!!

I did get some great deals at Staples on School supplies. Spending only $9 Out Of Pocket. I will be receiving $16.35 back in rebates!

When I get my Rebates I fully plan to put that money back in my Grocery Budget!

Ranch is on sale for 3 for $5 they are handing out $1.50 coupons at the ranch display.
$5- 4.50= .50 for 3!! Go get some before all the coupons are gone!

Albertsons this week has some pretty good deals! One of my favorite is the sodas. There is a $10 off $100 purchase * I don't think this is a very good deal because the $100 is after manufacture coupons and store coupons.

Pepsi 6 or 12 packs- 5 for $12
Coke 12 packs 4 for $8.88 * if you recently printed the $1 off coupons this would be a great time to use them.
Corn 4 for $1- Pretty good price, but I think it will go lower through the summer.
Boneless skinless chicken breast $1.88 lb * pretty good price!
10 lb Potatoes $2.99- Pretty good price.
Gatorade 32 oz $ .69- Pretty good price
Bar S Jumbo meat franks $ .59 - use this coupon for $1/2 to get for .09 each!
Nabisco snack crackers $1.88 use this coupon to get for .88 each
Whole fryers .89 lb ( cheaper this week at King soopers)
Kraft BBQ sauce .99 get for free with this coupon

Find more deals in your ad at Albertsons' website here. Enjoy the free bbq sauce, it is at a few stores this week. Also just a reminder bring in your reusable bags to got .05 off for each of your bags they use!! That can add up quick.

• Pork Spare Ribs Buy 1 Get 2 Free with in-ad coupon - Works out to $1.33/lb *if* you get three packages all the same size.
• Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts $1.87/lb - Not quite as good as it gets, but within 10-20¢/lb.
• Beef Shoulder or Chuck Roast BOGO Free - About $2.25/lb if you buy two packages of the same size. That’s a good price.
• Tilapia Fillets $2.99/lb - Great price!
• Various Cuts of Meat BOGO Free - Get similar sizes to save the most.
  
• Pork Picnic Roast 99¢/lb - Good price, they’ve been running this sale a lot lately.
• Moran’s Ground Beef $1.99/lb (85% lean) - A decent price if this is freshly ground beef (ie, not sold in a chub).
  
• Albertsons Butter $1 (8 oz) - An OK price if you need it; this sale comes around pretty regularly.
• Albertsons Sour Cream $1 (16 oz) - This sale comes around all the time.
• Birdseye Steamfresh Frozen Vegetables $1 - Use $1/2 to get two for 50¢ each. A good price, though they were cheaper a couple of weeks ago at King Soopers.
• Old Orchard Frozen Juice $1 - Use $1/4 printable to get four for 75¢ each, a great price.
• Tony’s Pizza 2/$3 with in-ad coupon - Great price! These are $2 without coupon, still a good price.

Produce:

• Mangoes 3/$1 - Great price for mangoes!
• Cilantro 3/$1 - Good price.
• Limes or Garlic 3/$1 - Could be a good price, depending on the size. (Will still be better at Rancho Liborio.)
• Red, Granny Smith, or Fuji Apples $2.50 (3 lb)

• Vitamin Water $1 - Use those $1 coupons and get it FREE! (Unless the coupon is expired - is it? I gave mine away.)
• Flipz $1 - Use 50¢/1 to get them for 50¢ each.
• Albertsons Hamburger or Hotdog Buns $1 - Another decent price that comes around regularly.
  
• Calidad Tortilla Chips $1 (14 oz) - A good price
• Ortega Chiles $1 - Use 75¢/2 to get two for just over 60¢ each.
• Rosarita Refried Beans $1 - An OK price, I would wait for a coupon to get it cheaper if you don’t need them this week.
• Mission Medium Flour Tortillas $1 - Use $1/1 printable to get them FREE!
• Manwich $1 - I’d wait for a coupon to get this cheaper.
• Various Old El Paso Brand Items $1 -
• Dial Liquid Hand Soap $1 - Use 35¢/1 to get it for 65¢. This sale frequently happens at all grocery stores, and I would recommend using the 35¢ coupon at King Soopers or Safeway where they’ll double it.
• Treetop Juice Boxes $1 - Use $1/2 from newspaper (3/29 SS) or $1/2 printable to get for 50¢ each.

Barilla Pasta Sauce $2.50, Get Two Free Barilla Pastas when you buy 2 Sauces - We’re going to need to buy two sauces at $2.50, so $5. We should be able to use two 55¢ off Barilla sauce coupons and two 50¢ off Barilla pasta coupons for a total of $2.10 off, so we’ll pay $2.90 for two sauces and two pastas, or an average of 72¢ per item. A good price if you have those coupons!
General Mills Cereal and Granola Bars $1.75 when you buy 4 - Not a good price for granola bars. If you need cereal you could print the 55¢ or 75¢ coupons from Coupons.com and SmartSource.com and pay $1.00- $1.25 depending on what varieties are included.
