Coupons New

I have finished making my banana muffins and all but 4 are in the freezer. I made 12 mini muffins and 12 regular muffins. I also finished making the rice and 1 bag is in the freezer and the other part is made into broccoli rice casserole. I changed it from spinach rice casserole, because i could not find a recipe. I did not get to make the waffles/pancakes because i ran out of sugar. I thought I had a full bag in the pantry when it was almost empty. All and all the baking/cooking day was a success. I have a few dishes in the sink and the beams are still on the stove but all in all. Very successful. We will be having the broccoli rice casserole with breaded chicken breast tonight for dinner. I will also throw in some corn probably.
