Due to a new diet I am doing I will not be eating like normal this week, there are good things and bad things too this. I will be eating much more healthy and it might cost a little more.
Join me in my journey to eat great and save money at the same time. This being said i am not restricting my kids and Husband too this diet but they may join in some of the meals.
Breakfast:
Egg McMuffin (1 scrambled egg, 1 whole wheat English muffin, 1 piece of turkey bacon, 1 slice of low fat cheddar cheese) x 2
Muffins
scrambled egg, toasted english muffin, turkey bacon, peanut butter
4 eggs whites scrambled, 1/2 banana, 15- almonds
Lunch:
turkey sandwich with mustard and 1 string cheese
tuna salad sandwich (1/2 cup tuna, 1 slice of bread, mayo, paprika, apple) string cheese
Hot dogs
Dinner:
Talapia, Broccoli, almonds
waffles (freezer) scrambled eggs, Cantelope, turkey bacon
roasted chicken, green beans, rolls
talapia, rice, vegetable medly
chicken burritos (or enchiladas)
Snacks:
Apple with peanut butter
turkey and string cheese
