Do you have too much Peanut butter sitting around the house? I have a simple recipe to use up some of that and it is delicious too.

Peanut butter Cookies
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Peanut butter
1 Egg

Mix together ingredents, Shape into a ball ( or use cookie scoop), roll into sugar, and press fork into dough to make a crisscross pattern. Place on cookie sheet if you have not already and bake @ 325 for 10 minutes.
* you may but Hershey's kisses on each one after they come out of the oven. To make it a Chocolate treat.

If you are like me you have an abundance of Hershey's kisses around your hose from all of the Walgreens rebates so this would be a great way to use those up to.
